The data contained herein shall not be disclosed outside the Government and shall not be duplicated, used or disclosed in whole or in part for any purpose other than the Metals Affordability Initiative (MAI) program(s). The Government shall have the right to duplicate and use the data generated from these programs to the extent set forth in the controlling Cooperative Agreement FA8650-17-2-5266. Any Consortium Member rights to said data shall be set forth in the MAI III Collaboration Agreement dated 09 Feb 2018, and subsequently amended from time to time and executed among the Consortium Members defined in Part 1, Section 1.040 of this Cooperative Agreement.
