The Government shall have the right to duplicate and use the data generated from these programs to the extent set forth in the controlling Cooperative Agreement FA8650-17-2-5266. Any Consortium Member rights to said data shall be set forth in the MAI III Collaboration Agreement dated 09 Feb 2018, and subsequently amended from time to time and executed among the Consortium Members defined in Part 1, Section 1.040 of this Cooperative Agreement.
